We train personnel for the transport industry

Transport Integration Ltd. is working in active cooperation with leading higher education institutions of Russia:

Transport Integration Ltd. is a base department of the Saint Petersburg State University of Economics (UNECON).
The main objective of a base department is to ensure better training for students in relation to practical skills needed for them to find a good job and work successfully in the future. Interaction with top level specialists, access to specialized software, participation in research – all this makes for better outcomes of UNECON students’ training.


Transport Integration Ltd., jointly with the department “Regional economy and natural resource management” of UNECON, provides training to students in the area “Foreign region studies” including the following subjects:
- “Transport infrastructure of European countries”;
- “Transport infrastructure of Latin American countries”;
- “Transport Infrastructure of Asian-Pacific countries”.
In 2020, 18 fourth year students of UNECON had work placement and final year project practice in Transport Integration Ltd. The students prepared their final year projects on the following topics:
- Specifics of transport planning in China;
- Transport development in China: Issues and outlook;
- Priority projects for development of transport infrastructure within the framework of the New Silk Road;
- Transport and energy in building the economic space “Maritime Silk Road”;
- The North Sea Route in the Eurasian Economic Space;
- Air transport in socio-economic development of PRC regions;
- Russian - Chinese cooperation in railway transport development;
- Development of transport Infrastructure of the Beijing – Tianjin – Hebei region;
- The port and manufacturing complex of Shanghai in regional development of East China;
- Transport infrastructure as a factor in socio-economic development of Japan;
- Promising transport projects in Japan;
- Modern trends in development of transport infrastructure of Italy;
- The role of the transport system in the development of Brazilian regions;
- Transport infrastructure as an integration factor in socio-economic development of Chile;
- Cruise tourism in the economic development of Caribbean countries;
- Maritime container transport in Latin America;
- Priority transport projects and their impact on socio-economic development of regions in Argentina, etc.

Integration of research and educational activities creates a synergy effect and enables high quality training for UNECON students.
